Who is pilates for?
Everyone needs Pilates! Club Pilates is for all ages, whether you're a teenager or a senior citizen. With nine signature class types and four different class levels, Club Pilates has a workout that will work for you. If you have very specific goals or training needs due to injury, you can start with private training sessions tailored to your personal needs.

Can Pilates help relieve stress?
